We only collect the information you choose to share with us through the forms on this website:
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the details you share about your business and project.
- Discovery questionnaire: your contact details and your answers about your business, goals, and marketing needs.
- AI Visibility Checklist form: your email address and first name (optional), used to deliver the checklist you requested, along with the date of your request and which page it came from.
How your information is stored
Form submissions, including checklist requests, are stored in a database provided by our website platform (Lovable Cloud). This data is not publicly accessible.
If you request the checklist more than once with the same email address, we update your existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
How we deliver the checklist
When you request the AI Visibility Checklist, we send a single email to the address you provide with a link to download the PDF. You'll also be able to download it immediately on the page.
No automatic marketing emails
Requesting the checklist does not subscribe you to a newsletter or any ongoing marketing emails. We only use your email address to send the checklist you asked for.
Your information and requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing us.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect this information. We do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics.
Third-party services
This website relies on a small number of outside services to work:
- Lovable, our website platform, for hosting, the database, and email delivery. It which stores form submissions and sends confirmation and checklist emails.
- Google Analytics for website usage statistics.
- Google Fonts to display the site's typefaces.
- Calendly, if you choose to book a consultation. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
